At AEG Environmental, we are committed to meeting all of your facility’s spill response, no matter when they occur. We offer 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week emergency response services to handle chemical spill cleanup and response. We can even respond to mercury and biological materials. For clients in Delaware, Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Pennsylvania, AEG Environmental can handle all of your emergency response needs. Our team of industry experts possess the skills and equipment needed to handle your emergency response.
Our emergency response telephone service (410-494-7587) is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by attendants trained to launch the AEG Environmental Emergency Response Team. Within minutes of contacting AEG, an experienced and trained Incident Commander will be in contact with the client.
Our emergency response services can be tailored to your specific needs at the time of a spill. This allows us to provide the best solution for the unique requirements of your facility. We offer three tiers of response: Product Assistance, Limited Response, Full Response.
Product Assistance: This level of response is best suited for a client that is involved with a small to medium sized spill at a fixed facility. The client typically has the spill controlled or contained with on-site employees who have been properly trained, but they need additional equipment and/or supplies. One call to our emergency response telephone number will prompt an AEG hazardous materials technician to deliver the supplies required to clean up the spill.
Limited Response: The level of response expands on the Product Assistance level by having AEG Environmental incident commanders and hazardous materials technicians work with your employees to clean up a spill. We will guide your employees through the spill response and assume command of the scene.
Full Response: At this level, one call is made to our emergency response telephone number and a full hazmat emergency response is set in motion. AEG Environmental will respond to your facility and take full command of the chemical spill emergency. This type of response is ideal for clients who do not want their personnel to be involved in the cleanup of a chemical spill emergency.
